The message of your brand isn’t decided by you, but by those who use it. Allow your customers and clients to tell the story of how you have made their lives easier or more enjoyable. Positive written & video testimonials make an excellent addition to any website, and social proofing, like reviews on Facebook, Google+, or Yelp, will build up a virtual fan club of those who are happy with your product or service.
